Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of May 21, 2026
NJ CHERRY HILL — Cherry Hill Zoning Board unanimously approves 32-bed memory care facility on Evesham Road. The board authorized a bifurcated Use d(1) Variance for Rady Enterprise, LLC to develop Sun Meadow Memory Care of Cherry Hill in the Neighborhood Business zone. Applicant operator Natalie Hill, represented by attorney Kevin Diduch and engineer Sam Agresta, described the two-phase project as two single-story structures totaling 32 beds with 24-hour staffing of nine employees during the day and four at night.
The board found the project satisfies municipal land use requirements and provides a beneficial transition between residential and commercial zones while addressing aging-population care needs.
