NJ CHERRY HILL — The Rent Review Board approved a CPI rent increase application for the PARC residential building. Board Chairperson Randy Acorcey and members voted 5-0-1, with tenant representative Jim Peeler abstaining. Attorney Matthew Bradley and property manager Melissa Conklin presented the application, and Township Inspector Steve Schompf certified completion of all repairs on tenant checklists, including $500,000 in elevator work.

The board resolved to modify checklists to include common areas and a notice that tenants who fail to submit a checklist will be barred from hearings.
