NJ CHERRY HILL — Cherry Hill's Rent Review Board unanimously approved resolutions for three residential properties on April 23. Chair Randy Acorcey, Homeowner Randy Smith, Landlord William Arcari III, Tenant Jim Peeler, Tenant Tina Odom, and Alternate Tenant Joseph Cancelosi voted 6-0 to approve Cherry Hill Towers, Lexington Apartments, and Colonial Apartments. Homeowner Paul Casdia and Landlord Debbie Quigley were absent.
