NJ CHERRY HILL — Zoning Board approves restaurant expansion and new home on Cunningham Lane. The board unanimously approved variances for Mikado, Inc. to expand a 514-square-foot outdoor patio into a year-round waiting area and service bar for owner Tony Lin; the site will increase ADA parking to three spaces and bring total parking to 51 against a requirement of 46. The board also unanimously approved variances for John and Patricia Fifis to construct a 4,775-square-foot two-story home at 57 Cunningham Lane on a lot with substantial grade change requiring a setback three-car garage and two curb cuts; the project will plant 25 new trees to comply with the Tree Removal Ordinance.
