Planning Board approves 1951 Route 70 medical office with conditions

NJ CHERRY HILL — Cherry Hill Planning Board approves Route 70 medical office with doctor cap. The board unanimously approved 1951 Wexford Real Estate Holdings LLC's application to demolish a former drive-thru bank and construct a 6,000-square-foot medical office at 1951 Route 70 East, with seven conditions including a maximum of nine doctors, a Night Light Function Test, enhanced landscaping along the residential buffer, and one EV make-ready parking space. Chair Sam Kates, along with members Carole Roskoph, Earle Seneres, Jill Hulnick, Sheila Griffith, Marlyn Kalitan, Alise Panitch, and Scott Owens all voted affirmatively.
The board also continued a residential-subdivision application to August 18, 2026.
