Planning Board Postpones Two Applications

NJ CHERRY HILL — Planning Board defers two development applications to July 20. Chair Sam Kates presided as the board postponed a minor subdivision application by VICG Holdings at 311 Columbia Boulevard and a sign variance request from Gator Sawmill at a Route 70 East shopping center. The subdivision applicant was directed to provide new public notice to the surrounding 200-foot property-owner list.

The meeting approved prior minutes and adjourned at 7:37 PM.
