The board postponed review of BAPS Cherry Hill, LLC's major site plan and Use d(2) and d(6) Variances at 1 Carnegie Plaza, which proposes approximately 18,330 square feet of additions to the existing sanctuary and cultural center, including a 2,980 square foot building expansion for a new vestibule and lobby, plus a 15,350 square foot second-story addition for a gymnasium and classrooms, 23 new parking spaces, and various improvements. The board also rescheduled Jason Agnew's bulk variance application for 803 Dudley Avenue, seeking relief for a six-foot wooden fence in non-compliant setback locations, to June 4, requiring new public notice.
