Zoning Board approves pool and residential fence variances

NJ CHERRY HILL — Cherry Hill Zoning Board approves two residential fence variances. Vice-Chair Nacovin Norman led the board in unanimously approving a 6-foot aluminum fence variance for Arthur Grass at 100 Fries Lane to enclose a swimming pool, subject to a survey regarding right-of-way encroachment and lighting ordinance compliance. The board also unanimously approved a 6-foot wooden fence variance for Jason Agnew and Charity Brown at 803 Dudley Avenue to replace an aging privacy fence on a three-frontage property.
Additionally, the board memorialized a prior variance for Rady Enterprise, LLC to develop 158 E Evesham Road into Sun Meadow Memory Care of Cherry Hill, a 32-bed memory care facility to be constructed in phases.
