NJ CHERRY HILL — Zoning Board memorializes fence variance, adjourns three applications to future meetings. Vice-Chair Nacovin Norman presided over a nine-minute meeting in which the board memorialized Jason Agnew's residential fence variance at 803 Dudley Avenue, with recorded votes from Norman, board members Jay Jones and Greg Bruno, and member Ken Williams. The board adjourned three major applications: BAPS Cherry Hill's 18,330-square-foot sanctuary expansion at 1 Carnegie Plaza to June 25, the Schaeffer Family Trust subdivision to July 16, and Arthur Grass's pool fence variance to June 25.
